Join Coach Arj Thiruchelvam for 40 minutes with 40 runners who want to learn game-changing moves to kickstart their journey to a Personal Best. After a short warm up, he’ll lead some fundamental athletics drills to develop speed and endurance and prevent injury and poor biomechanics. Arj’s signature glute warm-up sequence will follow, leaving the runners feeling informed, prepared and energised for their next challenge.
