IRX takes place on 4-5 November 2025 at the RAI Amsterdam, Europaplein 24, 1078 GZ Amsterdam, Netherlands.

IRX is a business-to-business event and targets retailers, wholesalers, distributors, race directors, athletes, influencers, press, media and industry professionals.

There are over 200 brands joining the line-up for 2025 from footwear, apparel, technology, nutrition, injury prevention and recovery for buyers to source from. View the exhibitor list here.

There are a variety of different tickets available for IRX depending on your business activity. A ticket to IRX includes:

• Access to the show floor and 200+ exciting brands
• Access to the IRX networking app to schedule 1-2-1 meetings with exhibitors and other attendees including retailers, distributors, athletes and influencers
• Access to The Podium to hear trends, tips and tricks from industry experts
• Access to networking spaces such as the Run Cafe and for VIPs, a dedicated lounge
• Take part in self-improvement experiences such as ice bath immersion, a breathwork session, the wellbeing lounge, drill sessions, and shakeout runs around Amsterdam
• Take part in fun social events like coffee & connect, sip & social, and the cool down party

The dress code for The International Running Expo is smart casual. As this is a business-focused event for the running industry, we encourage comfortable yet professional attire. Running trainers are absolutely fine to wear!

If you’re taking part in any of the activations at The International Running Expo then you’ll need to bring your running gear, comfortable clothing for the yoga sessions and your swimsuit if you’re participating in the ice bath sessions. All sessions can be booked via the networking app.

We encourage all of our attendees to bring reusable bottles as there is a refillable water station located by the entrance of The International Running Expo.
