The International Running Expo is a business-to-business trade event and only trade professionals will gain access into the Expo. You may be required to show proof of your trade activities (e.g. a business card, LinkedIn profile) during the registration process or to gain entry into the Expo.

No one under the age of 18 will be able to gain access into the hall and Raccoon Media Group reserves the right to refuse admission and conduct security searches.

All tickets should be checked on purchase, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.

Tickets purchased for the International Running Expo are non-refundable and can only be transferred to a colleague/industry professional with clear business ties to the running community.

Tickets cannot be resold for commercial gain. If we believe that tickets have been resold, they will be cancelled, and the holder will be refused admission.

Raccoon Media Group reserves the right to alter or vary the content and timing of the whole or any part of the Expo in circumstances beyond its reasonable control without any obligation to make any refunds or exchange tickets.

Please ensure you check event details, timings, and travel arrangements to IRX prior to travelling as these may be subject to change.
